The Lead Developer is an international conference for tech leaders to develop themselves and get inspired to empower their teams.
In 2018, 1300+ Engineering Managers, Lead Developers, VPs of Engineering, and CTOs joined us at our conferences in London, New York and Austin to learn from the best in leadership.
Thanks so much for an overwhelming response to our CFP. The application review is in-progress and we'll contact all submitters very soon.
In the meantime, meet our first invited speakers: Julia Grace, Fernanda G Weiden, Rod Begbie.
We're really excited to host our first meetup in New York on December 3 and we'd love for you to join us. We're in for a treat with two talks from our speakers: Amy Yu (Vice President, Product Strategy & Data Science, Viacom) and Rafe Colburn (Senior Director of Engineering, Etsy) – Program Design for the Process Averse
The Lead Developer Meetup is a series of community events hosted in cities around the world, most recently in London and Austin, TX. You can check where we'll be next here.RSVP
To help make the conference more inclusive, we run a scholarship scheme to provide free conference tickets. In some cases, we can also cover travel and accommodation costs for those who need it. We can also pair you up with a conference guide who will be a friendly face throughout the conference – this can be especially helpful if it's your first time at a conference.
If you'd like to know more about the scholarship scheme before applying, please email us and we'd be happy to help.
Application deadline: January 15.
Are you looking to grow your engineering team, engage with the community and gain brand exposure? Please get in touch with Daisy Wort, Sponsorship Manager, to request a sponsor pack.
